Our Approach

Develop effective communication amidst a constantly changing world.

Communication skills for wellbeing and Insight Workshops are based on the theory and practice of effective communication amidst a constantly changing world. Key aspects include a broadening of one’s mind-set, personal responsibility and awareness. Philosophy, psychology, science, and a co-creative relationship combine to underpin a collaborative relationship mentoring course.

Everyone experiences miscommunications in the workplace and at home. This leads to assumptions, misunderstanding, the blame game, and guilt with unnecessary stress and anxiety being experienced. A negative downward spiral follows resulting in the deterioration of the work and home environments.

Relationships with immediate colleagues, family and friends can all become increasingly and unnecessarily strained. Even the person in front of you, in the coffee shop or at the petrol station seems to be deliberately annoying you! Seriously how long does it take for them to pay for petrol?

From my experience clear communication increases confidence, happiness and productivity. Effective communication is an asset that resonates with all. It is about being fully aware of how your social interactions effect you and others in the context of your own life experiences.

In other words, it is about how you see yourself and your relationship with yourself. By developing your awareness of oneself you build a clearer understanding of how you relate to another. You become aware that the person in the coffee shop or at the petrol station is irritating you and that irritation is nothing to do with them but more to do with some other experience. Communication skills for wellbeing helps the individual to notice the irritation, reflect and clearly state what they need.
